This role has been designated as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, and very collaborative, leader to run the Global Publisher Media team for HPE. This leader would be accountable for the ownership of inventory/activations across 30+ global media partners. Tactics span direct display, custom content/display, media partnership events, and content syndication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of up to 5 team members.
• Plan publisher media in adherence to the campaign strategy, objectives, and budgets.
• Manage timelines for media flights, custom content creation, approvals and media activations.
• Work across brand, analytics, product marketing, GEOs, and additional digital media teams.
• Senior point of contact for direct publisher partners, escalation point.
• Analyze media performance and manage optimizations with team.

• BA in Business or Marketing.
• 6-8 years of experience in applicable B2B digital media planning, management, and performance analysis.
• Prior experience as a media planner a plus.

• Expert knowledge in publisher digital media - display, custom content, content syndication.
• Ability to translate media strategy into actionable plans, and pivot plans when needed.
• Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
• High levels of tact and diplomacy.
• Fine-tuned consultative skills.
• Agency and budget management.
• Excellent writing, editing and oral communications skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.

Annual Salary: $111,000.00 - $255,500.00
