Global Project Manager - US Tech Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to join our team and manage complex, multi-country projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams. The successful candidate will drive project execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in global project management, particularly managing complex, multi-country projects.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project, Excel, and Smartsheet’s or other project planning tools.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, project timelines, and risk logs effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience hosting and managing meetings, taking notes, and updating key stakeholders.
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is preferred, but not mandatory. Familiarity with therapeutic areas is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple complex global projects, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables across various regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and North America).
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including functional teams, senior management, and international partners.
• Communication: Organize and host weekly project meetings, provide clear project updates, document action items, and maintain risk logs to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Project Planning & Execution: Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Smartsheets, etc.) to plan, execute, and track projects. Ensure that resources are allocated effectively, risks are mitigated, and project timelines are adhered to.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, finance, and operations, to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and meet stakeholders' expectations.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all project activities comply with applicable regulations and standards. Maintain awareness of industry-specific guidelines (e.g., healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations).
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in project processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
