Our organization is in search of a dynamic and experienced Consulting Global Project Manager for the implementation of ADP Lifion Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This is a contractual role that requires the candidate to have a comprehensive understanding of HR processes and systems, along with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT implementations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and geographies.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the ADP Project Team to craft and execute a comprehensive project plan for the ADP Lifion HCM System implementation, encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Liaise with regional and departmental stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and requirements.
- Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams responsible for various facets of the implementation, including IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Offer guidance, encouragement, and clear directives to team members, nurturing collaboration and ensuring accountability for project deliverables.
- Act as the principal liaison with ADP Lifion, holding them accountable for adhering to deliverable timelines, maintaining work quality, and upholding contractual agreements.
- Maintain close coordination with ADP Lifion representatives to address issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Identify potential risks and hurdles throughout the implementation process, devising strategies to mitigate their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Proactively monitor project advancement, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Regularly update project stakeholders on progress, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership, outlining key accomplishments, obstacles, and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record (minimum 5 years) in managing large-scale IT implementations, preferably in the HCM or ERP domain.
- Profound understanding of HR processes and systems, with prior experience in implementing ADP Lifion or similar HCM platforms highly desirable.
- Exceptional project management aptitude, capable of planning, executing, and monitoring intricate projects involving multiple stakeholders and geographic regions.
- Outstanding leadership and team management skills, evidenced by successful leadership of cross-functional project teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, adept at fostering strong relationships and influencing decision-making at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen, proficient in identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and formulating effective solutions.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for project-related meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
