About the Job
We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our innovative team, focusing on product strategy, market analysis, and business development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our products by engaging in strategic planning, market analysis, and building essential partnerships within the automotive high-speed data connectivity ecosystem. This includes collaboration with chip makers, module suppliers, and OEMs. Your expertise will be vital in deciphering market trends, converting customer requirements into cutting-edge product solutions, uncovering new business opportunities, and establishing Molex as a frontrunner in high-speed data connectivity technology.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs in the automotive high-speed data connectivity sector.
- Monitor industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting our products and strategies.
- Collect feedback from customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to evaluate market demands and preferences
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and achieve consensus
- Define product requirements and specifications based on market insights, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and market positioning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product success in the automotive high-speed data connectivity market.
- Foster and manage key partnerships with customers, chip makers, module suppliers, and OEMs.
- Work with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to develop & refine strategies for market penetration and increasing market share.
- Position Molex as a leader in high-speed data connectivity through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive high-speed data connectivity and interconnect market.
- Established relationships with ecosystem partners in the high-speed data connectivity and interconnect market.
- Industry experience in engineering or technical business development for automotive interconnect solutions.
- Technical understanding of vehicle electrical architecture within the transportation industry.
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies based on sound analysis of technology, products, customers, competitors, and market trends, especially in the China market.
- Experience in product lifecycle and portfolio management, including leading multi-functional teams for process improvements and efficiencies.
- Preference for experience in a global, diverse working environment.
- Availability to travel for global and regional program coordination.
