About the Job
The Global PMO Manager collaborates with the different functional PMO leaders and local project managers and leads, to ensure the implementation of the PMO Center of Excellence processes, tools and best practices covering prioritization, coordination and successful delivery of the strategic projects that contribute to Cooper Vision achieving its commercial objectives. The Global PMO manager is responsible to support the set of the governance processes and tools and for maintaining the pipeline, the scopes, the timelines, the financials and the resources allocation thus in the different functions with projects. The role will also enable transparent and up to date communication to the different customers and stakeholders.
As part of the Global Strategy + Planning Office, the Global Project Management Office (PMO) Manager, Center of Excellence will work closely with the different functions to support the implementation of the Global PMO strategy processes and practices. The role will be hands-on the governance aspects of project management to drive its consistent roll out and execution across CooperVision, to optimize project management and realizing business benefits.
