It is delivered through a combination of live (local, regional, and worldwide) and distance learning offerings, including e-learning and virtual classrooms.
The Global L&D Team (NDE) oversees and manages the participant pools for worldwide and regional training programs, and supports the planning, preparation, and execution of various L&D programs and campaigns. This includes calendar scheduling, program hosting, material preparation, and program and cost analysis.
The Global L&D Team is a dynamic group, constantly required to evolve with the business's needs. This means that roles are flexible and vary depending on global priorities. The duties of this role are subject to change, but the initial allocations and focus are likely to be as follows—

- Work in a matrix structure with a strong focus on partnering with stakeholders to build effective relationships and achieve common goals.
- Host and produce virtual events, delivering high-quality sessions that engage global audiences.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and interact effectively with participants.
- Maintain a professional presence on Zoom and other virtual hosting platforms, managing sessions with confidence and calm, especially in complex situations.
- Utilize a variety of virtual hosting tools, such as Zoom, to manage events, including creating breakout rooms, moderating discussions, and multitasking efficiently to ensure smooth operation of each session.
- Coordinate all aspects of event setup, from scheduling and sending out invites to configuring event platforms to meet specific requirements.
- Monitor and moderate live events to address any technical issues quickly, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees.
- Track attendance, solicit and analyze feedback, identify areas for improvement, and escalate concerns as necessary to continuously enhance the quality of our events.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in virtual events and share best practices and lessons learned with the team.
- Utilize a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools, such as SABA, to enhance the learner experience, manage content, and track participant progress.
