About the Job
The Global Human Resources Manager & HRBP (Americas) manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department for Americas region (United States, Brazil and Mexico)
Key Responsibilities:
Regional HR Operations for Americas Region (USA, Brazil and Mexico)
- Working as HRBP in regional area with full spectrum of operational HR transactions, including talent acquisition, talent management, performance management and separation processes.
- Works with the Regional business leaders as a strategic HR business partner.
- Oversees HR practices for this region including both tactical and strategic functions as needed
- Manages Payroll partners for Americas.
- Provide HR administrative and operational support for Houston office if needed.
- Create the appropriate HR action/ initiative in coordination with the respective country's HR personnel to best support of the business.
- Assist in regulatory, compliance and audit related activities where appropriate.
- Participates in the development of Human Resources policies and procedures for the organization in the Americas region.
- Oversees Regional SG&A data to ensure aligned with annual budget.
- Perform full employment circle such as on/offboarding, coordinating with SSC, provide necessary onboarding training and new employee benefits administration.
- Partners with the regional management team on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and training and development
- Other duties or projects as assigned by HRD and Regional President.
- Is responsible for initiating, interacting and managing the external partners such as payroll providers, employment lawyers, etc to reach a timely and compliant solution.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years HR Generalist / HRBP experience with full spectrum of HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a business-related field.
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter mentality - you take complete ownership of what you do and are willing to step outside of your comfort zone and take on new tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Position Type, and Typical Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. 40hrs per week, we have a flexible working arrangement with 3 days a week office presence for all office staff in Houston.
