Global Head of Secured Financing Trading, Managing DirectorWho we are looking forState Street Secured Financing provides secured investment and financing solutions, primarily through repurchase agreement (repo) trading services.  The principal repo trading business is a global program that focuses on cleared transactions across multiple CCPs.  Today, the business is predominantly driven by the FICC sponsored member repo platform that allows clients to borrow or invest cash through the US Treasury repo market but continues to expand.  These structures provides a scalable offering that services a broad range of buy side clients.  Secured Financing has been in business for over seven years, has a global client base, continues to experience exponential growth, and is currently one of the fastest growing products within State Street.SSGM seeks a Head of Secured Financing Trading to help us manage the existing global book of business and grow our share in a competitive market landscape.  This involves leading a team of traders responsible for driving financial budget outcomes while servicing clients though an expanding set of trading solutions.  The individual will report to the Head of Secured Financing.This role will be based in Boston, MA.
