Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Organizational Change Manager to join our team. This individual will play a key role in managing and supporting major projects, with a focus on organizational change management (OCM), internal communications, and technology implementation. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing skills, comfort in engaging with senior leadership, and the ability to balance multiple projects efficiently. Additionally, they should be comfortable working with technology and supporting management development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Change Management (OCM): Assist in light OCM tasks for major projects, focusing on understanding the broader impact to specific groups. Lead project teams in identifying and addressing change implications without the need for in-depth PROSCI analysis.
- Advanced Writing & Communication: Write compelling, user-focused communications, including articles and content related to Microsoft productivity tools. Understand and convey the "what's in it for me " perspective for end-users.
- C-Level Engagement: Be comfortable working with C-level executives, providing support and communication strategies tailored to senior leadership.
- PowerPoint Storytelling: Create impactful and engaging PowerPoint presentations, particularly for Townhall meetings. Support the CIO and leadership team in delivering key messages effectively.
- Project Management: Balance multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Technology Comfort: Assist in the backend of a new, user-friendly training platform. While you won't need to be a technologist, comfort with technology and managing an easy-to-use platform is essential.
- Management Development Support: Contribute to developing or sourcing materials for middle management training and development. Coordinate speakers and sessions for the IT team to foster growth and alignment.
- Flexibility and Initiative: Be willing to contribute to a variety of projects, even those outside of your immediate scope of responsibility, as business needs arise.
- Proven experience in project management, communication, or organizational change management.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to write for diverse audiences.
- Comfort in engaging with senior leadership and executives.
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and the ability to tell compelling stories through presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technologically savvy with a willingness to learn and manage new platforms.
- Comfortable contributing to management development initiatives and coordinating learning activities.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience with organizational change management, particularly in a tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft productivity tools and software.
- Background in supporting training and development initiatives.
