What You'll do as Global Financial Controls Manager:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and process owners to strengthen the internal control framework and implement innovative solutions.
• Support strategic M&A initiatives, evaluating internal control systems and providing actionable insights during accounting diligence.
• Develop and enhance accounting policies, leveraging automation and technology to optimize reporting practices.
• Work directly with the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Development team on high-profile projects and strategic growth efforts.
• Assess and implement new accounting and disclosure standards, including ESG reporting and software-as-a-service accounting.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, CIA, or CFE certification highly encouraged.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial statement preparation, with a strong preference for candidates with public accounting or public company experience.
• Proven expertise in SOX compliance, accounting policy development, and M&A initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a passion for driving improvement and innovation.
