About the Job
Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for a Global Director of IT Service Desk to be a part of a leading data infrastructure company centered on creating digital trust. The Global Director will be responsible for managing a team of 25-50 people worldwide to provide IT solutions. This position is a Hybrid permanent role in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of leadership experience, specializing in global service desk experience in EMEA and/or APAC regions.
Responsibilities of Global Director include:
· Supporting overall global IT service desk
· Manage a team of 25-50 people across the globe, providing global/local IT support
· Strengthen team structure, build internal capabilities in house, and implement/improve supporting processes to align with broader IT department
· Ensures 24/7 coverage for incidents and drives high customer satisfaction
Qualification of Global Director include:
· Global Service desk experience (EMEA and APAC)
· 10+ years of leadership experience
· ITSM Transformation experience
· Willing to work off hours due to time zone difference (likely 2 days a week)
Compensation for Global Director include:
· Annual Salary Expectations: $160,000 - $180,000 *depending on experience*
· 25% targeted annual bonus
