The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Converse is looking for a seasoned Digital Media and Marketing Analytics Professional with expertise in ROI Measurement (MTA / MMM), Campaign Test & Learn, Audience Selection and Segmentation, DMP / CDP and web platform measurement. We want someone who can be a player/coach in our Marketing Analytics function collaborating with our global and geography partners.
What You Will Work On
+ Partner with internal stakeholders & decision-makers to evaluate business objectives, and propose analytical data solutions that deliver meaningful insights
+ Utilizing data sources to understand our customers purchasing patterns, with the goal of providing insights to inform new marketing strategies
+ Manage the relationship with tech partners and act as primary point of connect when recommending new use-cases
+ Serve as primary CDP lead, onboarding new users to the tool and providing regular platform maintenance
+ Develop and perform quality checks on data for both ad hoc and ongoing processes.
Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing and/or mar-tech platforms leveraging data and insights to drive recommendations preferred
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology or, Marketing, Business or Economics
+ Strong understanding of CDP and DMP platforms (Segment, Tealium Audience Stream, Adobe Audience Manager, etc.)
+ Passion and experience with data-based decision-making processes, with a strong emphasis on marketing performance analytics & optimization
+ Expertise with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and tag management tools.
+ Understanding of how to use digital media, performance marketing and emerging channels such as paid search (Google ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram ads), email, affiliates etc. to drive customer acquisition and retention.
+ Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Experience in SQL
+ Positive demeanor and willingness to learn new things
