The Cross Solutions team is dedicated to helping our customers leverage the totality of the Microsoft Cloud by building and delivering solutions that closely align to their business and industry challenges. We are looking for a Global Black Belt (GBB), Unified Services, Americas to engage directly with customers and field teams in the Americas Time Zone as we create, validate and scale new sales motions that span across our solutions portfolio and offerings to deliver incremental customer value.
As a GBB, you will work within our Microsoft Solutions Support Services organization to sell Unified services and Enhanced Solutions to our most strategic customers to accelerate their time to value from their Microsoft investment and deliver a more integrated and connected customer experience.
You will build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders including Unified Sellers, Managers and Area leadership, influencing strategic account direction and acting as a trusted advisor to drive engagements with customers at Chief Executive Officer level as well as software developers and Modern Support IT specialists. You will work with Core Account Teams on account planning, orchestrate our most complex support sales opportunities, help customers evaluate and purchase Unified, Enhanced Solutions and Proactive services offerings that will satisfy their requirements, remove roadblocks to deployment and drive partner and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
+ Modernize Microsoft's approach through delivering solutions that empower our customers to leverage the combined value of the Microsoft Cloud. Drive sales of XSA motions focused on testing prioritized scenarios with customers to provide feedback & learnings.
+ Partner with Account Team Unit (ATU) to develop account plans.
+ Accountable for identifying, creating, and closing pipelines by aligning to customer priorities, delivering competitive positioning, and effectively leveraging Microsoft's eco-system of resources, partners, programs, and tools.
+ Accountable for ownership of opportunities, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
+ Proactively deliver envisioning workshops, strategy briefings, solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, etc. to gain customer commitment.
+ Ensure customer success by planning & selling in close partnership with ATU, Specialist Team Unit (STU), Customer Success Unit (CSU), Global Partner Services (GPS), Support, Services, FastTrack, and Partners.
+ Surface insights to improve the customer experience, inform Go-To-Market (GTM), and scale best practices.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
+ OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
+ 4+ years' experience making recommendations and collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 4+ years' experience of Federal Government services sales
+ 4+ years' experience leading and orchestrating complex/high-value sales, collaborating across the account team and other stakeholder groups
+ The ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle push back from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanor while engaging in difficult or sometimes high-pressure situations
+ The ability to build trusted advisor status with customers by listening and learning deeply about their challenges and pain points
+ Strategic, long-term thinker able to analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
+ In-depth and strategic understanding of Microsoft Unified and Enhanced Solution Services, licensing programs and contracting will be essential, but not required, at hiring.
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $166,100 - $235,000 per year.
