Global Account Representative - Corporate Travel Management, Inc.
About the Job
To oversee daily internal global account management related tasks and projects and assist global account management team members in managing customer reporting analysis, financials, quarterly review, and other various account management project needs. Prioritizes project requests and communicates with global account management team to meet project and reporting deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties:• Perform in depth reporting and data and financial analysis for trends and recommendations as a team.
• Help troubleshoot global data by working as the liaison between Radius and Travel and Transport.
• Serve as a liaison between the Global Account Management team and Radius Travel on global projects.
• Lead global project meetings, including monthly calls with Radius Travel on data optimization.
• Be familiar with Radius Travel agencies and establish relationships to help support projects requested by clients and global account managers.
• Provide support to the Global Account Management team and customers with questions and/or consultations on global programs, including data and trends.
• Prepare and distribute (as requested) weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for customers.
• Prepare and coordinate quarterly review documents and other professional customer communications for the account management team.
• Prioritize project requests submitted, multi-tasking skills a must.
• Research writing and development of industry related documents and professional presentations for use by the account management team.
• Read daily briefings and industry publications to keep abreast of industry developments and summarize and communicate with account management team.
• Communicate concerns, ideas and general information (positive or negative) through appropriate channels.
• Attend travel-related webinars and training as needed or requested by the management team and write summary evaluations of material presented.
• Prompt return of email and voicemail messages throughout the day.
• Serve as the backup for global account managers and global reporting specialist.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Limited travel required.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This individual must be able to work closely and communicate with global clients, global account management contacts, Radius Travel, Radius Travel agencies and other internal departments and manage and prioritize requests for multiple accounts. This position does have direct client contact and responsibilities. This position does not have direct reports and therefore no responsibility for hiring/firing or appraisals.

• One or more years of experience in the travel industry or customer-service industry preferred.
*Relevant experience in the travel industry may be substituted on a year-for year basis for the college education requirement.

Pay Range:USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
