Job Details
Currently they are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience handling glazing projects. This person will need the ability to read plans and specifications, public works experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day construction management operations
- Purchasing
- Customer/Vendor communication
- Ensuring project is being built correctly
- Project schedule management and forecasting
- Submittal creation and implementation
- Extensive knowledge of the door/frame/hardware industry
- 3+ years of glazing project management experience required
- Proficient at reading architectural plans and specifications
- Ability to manage projects from estimating stage through to final installation
- Candidates must be team oriented and self-motivated
