Experience: Previous coaching experience in lacrosse is preferred. Playing experience at the high school or collegiate level is an asset.

Knowledge of Lacrosse: Strong understanding of the rules, strategies, and techniques of girls lacrosse.

Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and mentor young athletes in both individual and team settings.

CPR/First Aid Certification: Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification prior to the start of the season.

CIF Coaching Requirements: Must hold current CIF/NFHS certifications or be willing to obtain them before the season starts.

Background Check: Must pass a background check according to school district requirements.
