GHOST Welder Fabricator - Alliance Industrial

We are urgently hiring for our Mentor, OH facility. We are seeking Welders to join the team!

Welder Pay & Benefits: 

• Starting pay for this position is $22 to $24 per hour 
• Discretionary bonus program
• After a brief probationary period, employees may be eligible for a 401K, insurance including medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and paid time off

Welder Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00AM to 3:30PM, Monday - Friday

Welder Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Verify orders for correct quantity and hose length
• Perform inspection for correct hose and appropriate fittings
• Perform proficient welding using standardized procedures for AMP and RPM settings
• Determine correct alloy to be applied to all welds
• Visually inspect completed welds to determine compliance with standards
• Make appropriate repairs to assemblies that do not meet standards
• Maintain a daily record of production activities
• Work cooperatively and jointly to provide a quality product

Welder Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior knowledge with TIG welding 
• Familiar with working on 14 to 16g stainless/aluminum
• Basic welding experience required
• 6+ months of experience with hand and power tools
