As a Geotechnical Services Team Leader, you will supervise, coordinate, and review the work of geotechnical staff, mentoring and developing junior staff’s leadership and client engagement skills.  Your work will include conducting site visits to review site conditions exposed by construction, construction means and methods, job site safety issues of C.T. Male personnel, and conformance of work with design intent and project specifications. You will market geotechnical and dam engineering services to clients to develop business opportunities in dam engineering/consulting services, mini pile foundations, and other specialty geotechnical contracting services.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• A minimum of twenty (20) years relevant experience with geotechnical engineering.
• New York State Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s Degree with a concentration in Geotechnical Engineering.

Pay Range: $110,000 – $135,000 per year, paid weekly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
