About the Job
MUST HAVE:
At least 3-5 years of management experience in GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING and Project Management.
Requirements include:
Pre-construction "sales " experience working with GCs, Consultants, and Owners building relationships for business development.
Confidence in managing 40-60 jobs in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and/or negotiation (we have Construction Design Engineers and Construction Project Managers to work with you).
Strong follow-up, people, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable attending industry events and possibly giving lunch and learns for business development.
Preferably a PE with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's in Geotechnical engineering.

Additional details :
- Should be a PE, but could be an EIT close to getting their PE, but would need Geotechnical PM experience.
- Should NOT be a PHD.
- Should have an outgoing personality as this position is more "sales " than engineering but must have knowledge and experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Comfortable giving lunch and learns, speaking to and answering questions for potential clients and consulting firms, and in a public forum.
- Comfortable multitasking, managing 40-60 jobs at a time, all in different stages.
