What you will be doing:
- Perform comprehensive geotechnical engineering analyses, including proposal development, reports, and plans.
- Cultivate key client relationships to drive the growth of our geotechnical engineering services.
- Collaborate with our Transportation Services Group on DOT and local agency projects.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members for professional development.
- Serve as a project manager overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare, review, and edit technical documents to meet quality objectives.
- Actively engage in professional and community organizations to enhance visibility and relationships.
Skills You Need:
- Master's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer registration is required. PE required
- 10 years of related experience in consulting engineering practice.
- Familiarity with software tools like Mathcad, Slide, CT shoring, and Allpile or LPile.
