The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is one of the largest medical groups in the nation with over 9,500 physicians, 22 medical centers, numerous clinics throughout Northern and Central California, and a 75-year tradition of providing quality medical care. Our Regional Genetics Program includes 5 Regional labs for cytogenetics and molecular diagnostics. Comprehensive clinical genetic services are provided for our members and to our 36,000 annual prenatal patients.

BC/BE CLINICAL GENETICISTS

Opportunity in Modesto, California

These full-time clinical positions offer the opportunity to join a dynamic, thriving regional team of clinical geneticists, genetic counselors, and nurse coordinators.

Genetic services provided at our Northern California facilities include prenatal, pediatric, adult, and cancer genetics, as well as genetic multispecialty clinics (including craniofacial, metabolic, skeletal dysplasia and neurofibromatosis). We are also involved in teaching genetic counselor students and medical residents. Clinical research projects are possible.

Requirements:

• Genetics Fellowship required
• Certification or Eligibility
• Be eligible to obtain a California medical license or be currently licensed to practice within California

Full-time annual salary range is $252,239 to $260,040 plus additional potential incentives up to $13,880*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
