Your Role
As a General Superintendent at Quasius Construction, you'll oversee all field operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality control. You'll lead and develop field teams, resolving conflicts and fostering efficient communication. You’ll ensure we deliver projects at the highest level of client expectations while protecting and promoting the interests of Quasius Construction. You'll drive innovation and creativity within the construction team, and you’ll set a high standard for performance.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Field Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Management teams to allocate/obtain resources to successfully complete all projects on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with preconstruction team by reviewing constructability, quality, resource management/availability, and schedule logic of projects.
- Develop strong and collaborative relationships with customers and vendors to resolve conflicts, ensure expectations are being met, and maintain potential future opportunities.
- Support and oversee the project closeout and warranty process by supervising punch list activities.
- Work collaboratively with other senior leaders and other departments to support company goals.
- Continuously demonstrate our core values and integrate them into daily business operations to achieve our strategic vision.
- Conduct regular inspections of work in progress to ensure compliance with specifications and adherence to construction schedules.
- Exercise control over labor and equipment costs.
- Implement, monitor, and enforce standards of production for self-performed work to ensure field personnel are operating safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Qualifications/Skills/Traits
Required:
- Knowledge of Construction processes
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
- Procore software experience

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Ten years’ experience managing field operations in the Commercial Construction industry
