GENERAL STORE MANAGER (MIAMI)

Languages : Fully bilingual in English & Spanish.
Experience : Previous experience as Store Manager or similar position.
Specific Knowledge: Costumer Service Knowledge & Padel product knowledge is PLUS!
Main Duties:
Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train and supervise store staff. Promote a collaborative and productive work environment.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively. Foster a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Financial Management: Manage store budgets and expenses. Analyze and implement cost-saving measures.
Stock control and inventory management: Efficiently manage inventory, ensuring constant product availability. Place replenishment orders in a timely and accurate manner, avoiding overloads or stock-outs. Implement measures to reduce losses and optimize inventory turnover.
Visual Merchandising Maintenance: Maintain the shop in good condition and meet the visual merchandising standards set by the company.
Market Knowledge: Understand the trends and dynamics of the padel market. Have in depth knowledge of products and brands. Ability to conduct market research and data analysis. Identify new trends and expansion opportunities around the country.
B2B Business: Proactively make commercial agreements with nearby padel clubs in order to increase B2B business.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Per Year
