Operational Responsibilities
- Store Opening/Closing: Ensure timely opening and closing procedures.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop sales associates.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment and resolve customer complaints.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and optimize stockroom organization.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement visual displays, maintain store appearance, and ensure brand standards.
Sales and Revenue Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage sales budgets, forecast sales trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Promotions and Events: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and loyalty programs.
Administrative Responsibilities
