Job Opportunity: Production Worker (1st Shift)
Location: Green Bay, WI

Position: Production
Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday–Thursday)
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble sandwiches
• Follow daily production schedule
• Adhere to and comply with all food safety, food quality, and GMP policies
• Follow plant safety rules, Lock-out Tag-out requirements, and use personal protective equipment when appropriate
• Support line changeovers

Education:
On-the-job training.

Physical Demands:

• This position requires the employee to stand for the duration of the shift (8 to 10 hours)
• Occasional pushing/pulling
• Occasional reaching above shoulder level
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus
• Good hand-eye coordination required
• Fine motor skills / dexterity of hands is required
