General Production Associate Entry Level - Adecco

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our client’s team as a General Labor Warehouse worker with starting pay of $14/hour in Moraine, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse environments and longevity in their work history. Responsibilities for this General Labor Warehouse positions include, but are not limited to:

·       Operate assigned machinery and equipment in accordance with standard work and supervisor instructions.

·       Safely load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.

·       Follow safety protocols, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), machine guards, and ensuring safety features are functional.

·       Perform routine inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

·       Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area, including performing basic housekeeping and general maintenance tasks.

·       Follow all site-specific rules and procedures.

·       Complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this General Labor Warehouse position:

·       Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs.

·       High school diploma or GED preferred.

·       No prior manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.

·       Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed.

·       Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, twisting, and reaching.
