Summary:
Provides administrative and secretarial support for the Office Manager and Business Office. In addition to cash reconciliation, typing, and filing, performs duties such as financial record
keeping, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
Essential Duties include the following; however, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Collecting daily deposit, cash clearing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Maintain daily account balances.
- Process new business contracts and cancellations.
- Post extended warranty and cancellation statements.
- Process cancellation refunds.
- Vendor product payables.
- Balance accounting schedules.
- Process the Daily Deposit as a back-up.
- Communicate with vendors, banks, and store level Financial Services Managers
- Must be organized.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual should possess:
- High school diploma, or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Must be self-motivated and able to follow direction and able to work independently or as a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectively.
- Must be detail orientated and be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle a high volume of work for multiple locations.
- Ability to maintain high ethical standards.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public; use standard office equipment.

- Regularly to talk or hear.

- Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
