Job Summary:
Lunghamer Buick GMC is seeking a highly organized and efficient General Office Assistant to join our team in Waterford Township, Michigan. This is a part-time, hourly administrative position in the auto industry. As a General Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our dealership. This is an individual contributor role with potential for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:
-Answer and direct incoming phone callsĀ
-Accurately process and record customer payments and invoices
-Complete and file paperwork for vehicle sales and leases
-Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors
-Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning
-Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Prior administrative experience, preferably in the auto industry
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with dealership management software (ex: Reynolds and Reynolds) is a plus
-Must be able to work some evenings and Saturdays.
