We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager with at least 7 years of proven success in restaurant management, specifically within high-volume, casual dining settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tenured leader who excels in guest engagement, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
Inspire, train, and manage a dedicated team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and hospitality.
Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective marketing strategies, upselling, and maintaining consistent food and beverage quality.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and scheduling, optimizing resources to balance quality and cost control.
Engage directly with guests, creating memorable dining experiences and addressing feedback to continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean dining environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or bar environment, ideally in a high-volume, casual dining setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and develop a team.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, with a hands-on, people-first approach.
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including budgeting, P&L, and inventory management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
