The Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and optimize the operational performance of our residential property(ies). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with tenants, staff, and vendors.

The Candidate
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee and optimize the operational performance of our residential property(ies). The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in hospitality, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with tenants, staff, and vendors.
Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximize property performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, leasing, and property inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant leasing regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Oversee all aspects of the resident lifecycle, from move-in to move-out.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities with our existing vendors.
- Monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for all Insperity functions to include payroll, PTO, and vacation requests.
- Oversee work and programming schedules for all properties.
- Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Complete Security Deposit Administration and Write Off Management.
- Conduct regular inspections of property(ies) to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
Candidate Qualifications and Experience:
- 5 years working in Hospitality in a leadership role.
- Working knowledge of local and federals laws including Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- A professional and polished personal presence necessary, exhibiting discretion and integrity.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
