To the T Plumbing and Heating, LLC is a premier provider of dependable plumbing, heating, and air conditioning services. Our Westminster, CO office is hiring a highly experienced and motivated leader to join us as our new full-time General Manager!

This position has a massive impact on our success and leads our team members to greatness while earning a competitive salary of $95,000-$135,000 per year with a 1% quarterly bonus. We also offer great benefits, including:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of verifiable management experience in the HVAC or residential plumbing industry
• Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing or HVAC codes and processes
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent leadership skills, desire to grow professionally, and ability to motivate team members

A professional degree in construction management or a related field would be preferred.
