Job Summary
Upscale sports bar seeking a Restaurant General Manager: responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient management of staff. This role requires a strong leader who can manage various aspects of the business, including food safety, budgeting, forecasting, event operations, activations and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food service industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in food management and customer service.

Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, including interviewing potential candidates.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
• Plan and execute banquet services as needed, coordinating with kitchen staff for menu preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
• Work along side marketing to create and execute high level events for the outlet to generate excitement for the venue and additional revenue.

Skills
