Restaurant General Manager
Summary of Position:
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be a working manager responsible for:
- The hands on day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
- Maintaining initiatives in the areas of:
- Administrative responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring & training
- Performance reviews
- Product quality
- Maintenance
- Working a 50 hour work week
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or University degree preferred
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of P & L statements
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong skills in the areas of:
- Communication
- Leadership
- Conflict resolution
- Scheduling
