- Executes RGM success routines effectively
- Coaches and drives excellence around core operations procedures (e.g. shift accountability, product projections, Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) spending, Cost of Sales/Cost of Labor (COS/COL) controls
- Uses leadership styles (e.g., High Impact Coaching), EARS (Explore, Analyze, Respond, Make it Stick), Period Business Review and stewardship meetings regularly to identify and drive tactics to close performance gaps.

- Holds team accountable by using the Performance Management process
- Recognize employees for exceptional performance using personal award and CHAMPS cards to reinforce breakthrough results

- Partners with their management team to ensure effective execution of training throughout their restaurant

- Goes for breakthrough results by analyzing the financial performance of their restaurant to understand trends and how their restaurant compares with competitors (strive to be best on block).
- Ensures restaurant plans and marketing initiatives are in place and being implemented.

- Other Requirements:
- Arrive at work on time
- Flexible scheduling
- Follows procedures regarding operation of restaurant equipment (including fryers, ovens, etc.)
- Regular access to personal vehicle. Your role requires you to have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
- Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
- Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
- Follows cash handling safety and security procedures
- Adheres toand City/State/United States safety requirements
- Knowledge of and compliance with Human Resources policies and processes
