Proven experience as a General Manager in the underground utilities services sector or industrial services. This role includes managing operations, financial performance, employee performance and customer satisfaction. The GM ensures the company operates efficiently, meets business goals, and adheres to its values and policies.

- Hire, train, and supervise department heads and key personnel.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience as a General Manager in the underground utilities services sector (water/wastewater sewer systems), industrial services or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial and budgeting expertise.
