General Manager - Main Street Entertainment Group

We're currently seeking an experienced General Manager for our high energy, high volume, sophisticated restaurant located in beautiful St. Pete Beach, FL. General Manager candidates for 82 Degrees must be high energy and possess a "can do" attitude. Qualifications required but not limited to the following:

• At least 2 years of high level management experience.
• Knowledge of reporting and profit and loss.
• Experience in both food and bwl knowledge.
• Writing and costing out employee schedules.
• Maintain Professionalism at all times
• Ability to hold staff and lower management accountable at all times.
• Make smart business decisions and treat the restaurant as if you were an owner.
• Ability to accomplish assigned tasks on time.
• Develop and coach hourly employees and lower management team members.
• Durability to work long shifts and go the extra mile when business demands.
• Ability to adapt to restaurant volume and make necessary adjustments that's best for the business.
• Have a Serve Safe Managers certificate or equivalent and know proper food handling and safety measures.
• Ability to work all areas of the restaurant including front of house and back of house positions when necessary.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills and always go above and beyond for our guests.
• Passion to want to move up in the company and accept a bigger role through performance, willingness to learn, and attitude.
• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant including bar, dining room, prep team, and kitchen.

Main Street Entertainment Group, is a restaurant management and development group. We have built and concepted many restraunts from the dinning room and kitchen design to the menu and service model as well as financial accounting and reporting. We have a passion for the food and beverage industry and continue to strive to create, build and manage restaurants that go above and beyond the guests expectations.

Salary

$60000 - $70000 per year
