Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
- Handle cash management processes including cash handling procedures and daily financial reporting.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure high culinary standards are maintained.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards within the restaurant.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management is essential.
