Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Provide direction to all departments to meet service expectations and operational goals.
- Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and coordinate activities across key areas including Rooms Division, Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Catering, Conference Management, and vendor relationships.
- Guest and Employee Satisfaction: Monitor competitive trends and evolving guest needs, recommending changes that enhance services and maintain market leadership.
- Financial Management: Work to achieve exceptional financial performance through optimization of all hotel operations. Ensure maximum profitability while maintaining high levels of guest and employee satisfaction.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to drive the success of hospitality operations through strategic decision-making and team leadership.
- Minimum of 5 years in a comparable leadership role within the hotel industry.
- Strong track record of achieving financial and service-oriented goals in the hospitality sector.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
