Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the leadership and mentoring of the Experience Guide, Massage Therapy, and Management teams while overseeing seamless operations of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain meaningful, positive relationships with your team and guests.
- Recruit, interview and hire team members.
- Train and champion team members growth through feedback and acknowledgment.
- Works side by side with your team leading by exemplary example.
- Resolve guest issues and employee relations in a manner reflective of brand truths.
- Adhere to budget and financial goals.
- Document and deliver performance management as needed.
- Develop goals and guide team members in goal achievement.
- Manage inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, and massage therapy laws.
- Perform basic accounting duties, such as recording daily cash flow.
- Monitor and prepare payroll in coordination with accounting department.
- Build and maintain team schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Leadership Team to ensure best practices and foster innovation.
Requirements:
- Experienced in operating a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to be efficient and detail-oriented with strong skills in day-to-day operations.
- Possess enthusiasm, empathy, and top tier guest service skills for both internal and external guests.
- Proven track record in sales and building a recurring guest base with a sense of community.
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
- Must be a team leader and enjoy mentoring people.
Pay:
- $45K to $50K
