Position Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. As the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality and customer satisfaction, manage staff, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to upholding our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring team alignment with company values.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure customers have an outstanding dining experience by maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales to achieve financial targets.
- Quality Control: Monitor food preparation and ingredients to ensure consistency and adherence to our standards.
- Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
