Position Overview:
- A successful General Manager is a leader of both sales and operations. They recognize the strengths and weaknesses of all team members and successfully motivate them to give their best.
- Give training and motivation to all operational personnel. Take care of your employees and they will take care of our customers.
- Build relationships with legacy client base (adjusters and others) and promote a culture of sales where every employee considers themselves a salesperson simply by performing EXCEPTIONAL work.

Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of disaster restoration, water and fire mitigation mold remediation, etc. Certified individuals are preferred but not required. If you’re the right individual, we will get you certified.
- be willing and able to perform mitigation work initially
- Build up operational, administrative, and sales staff
- Perform estimates, or scrub the estimates created by others on the team.
- Meet with customers, educate, answer questions resolve, concerns.
- Provide training for those whom you manage and ensure excellent execution of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform mitigation and dry track equipment checks occasionally as needed.
- Participate in our on-call rotation, receiving calls to dispatch crews to after-hours and weekend emergency losses.
- Interfaces with adjusters in person, over the phone, and virtually to resolve issues and answer questions about the loss.
- Inspects jobs after completion obtains customer signatures for approval purposes, and requests payments when necessary.
- Resolves issues with customers communicates customer issues, and daily job activities with key company staff.
- Ensure safety standards are being followed during all active jobs.
- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Strong verbal written and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience with entering data using a tablet or mobile phone.
- Enforce policies within the company employee handbook.
- Sales and additional Administrative responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of the disaster restoration industry.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceed service expectations with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, etc.
- Proficient with using mobile software to enter data.
- Experience with using Xactimate is required.
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in training and managing others.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicates customer issues, and job activities with key company staff.
- Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free required.
Certifications are preferred, but not required:
- ASD – Applied Structural Drying Technician.
- FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.
- OCT – Odor Control Technician.
- WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
must be prepared to:
- Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Stand and walk for extended periods. Lifting, squatting, crawling, and crouching are required.
- Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
- Don appropriate Personal Protective Equip (PPE); For safety reasons, respirators, which are used in certain situations, must be able to seal to your face.
- Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions.
Compensation and Incentives:
- $2000 Startup bonus potential after 90 days of employment.
- 90-120k plus profit sharing.
