Job Title: Service Center Manager
Purpose of the Job: Reporting directly to the Director of Service Center Operations, the Service Center Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, efficient organization, and profitable operation of the Service Center.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Lead, train, and mentor service center staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service center management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial management and reporting.
- Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
