General Manager weekly hours will range from 40-60 hours per week options, with flexible shifts. Assistant General Manager will range from 40-50 hours per week.

Here are some of the responsibilities:
- Hiring new staff
- Training new staff
- Nurturing the culture to be a fun place to work
- Train shift leads to setup schedules for the shifts
- be a mentor to the shift leads
- Stay positive
- Focus on the solutions and not on the problems
- Communication with corporate entity as needed
- Make sure all ingredients for the store are on site as needed
- Track KPI's for store to report back to owners
- Learn as much as you can while having fun!
