We are seeking a General Manager who leads with positivity, vision, and a commitment to excellence. As the GM, you'll be responsible for guiding our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while overseeing all hotel operations. Your leadership will set the tone for a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring both guests and employees feel valued and empowered.
In this role, you will lead by example, inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations. You'll oversee all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service. Building strong relationships with guests, employees, and key partners will be a key part of your day-to-day work. You'll also manage budgets and financial performance, identifying ways to increase revenue and control costs.
A key aspect of this role is being a proactive and involved partner with the sales team. You will collaborate closely with them to drive revenue growth, implement effective sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. By working together, you'll ensure that both operational and sales goals are met.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in hospitality, preferably as a Hotel GM or in a similar position. A college degree is not required, but a passion for hospitality and excellence is essential! Experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant Management for at least two years is also a plus. Strong leadership skills, a focus on teamwork, and the ability to manage budgets and financial reports are essential for success in this role.
