Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment? Sky Gifts is seeking a General Manager for our new gift shop, which will be located in the Rapid City Airport, to help drive our success and provide exceptional customer service.
As a General Manager at Sky Gifts, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating a team of associates, ensuring that sales targets are met, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
At Sky Gifts, we pride ourselves on offering a unique shopping experience to travelers passing through the Rapid City Airport. Our gift shop is known for its wide selection of quality products, and we are looking for a General Manager who shares our passion for delivering excellence.
As a General Manager at Sky Gifts, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for training and developing associates, managing inventory levels, and maintaining the overall appearance of the gift shop.
We are looking for a General Manager who is customer-focused, results-driven, and able to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will have previous General Manager experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

$50,000-$55,000 salary; depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Oversee the merchandising of products to maximize visual impact and appeal
- Provide mentorship and guidance to gift shop employees to help them grow and develop in their roles
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in retail management, with a focus on gift shop operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
