Key responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee and manage the restaurant floor during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Leadership & Coaching: Lead by example, coaching the management team to execute a "perfect shift" and maintain high performance.
- People Development: Focus on developing the talents of the team, fostering a positive work environment, and building future leaders.
- Sales Growth: Strategically grow restaurant profits by increasing sales and enhancing the guest experience.
- Resource Management: Plan and manage staff deployment to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Continuously improve the restaurant’s QSC standards, ensuring a top-notch experience for every guest.
We’re excited if this is you:
- Two or more years of proven restaurant management experience.
- Minimum of two years in a leadership role.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong and effective communication skills, both with the team and guests.
- Ability to lead change, introduce innovations, and adapt to new challenges.
- Skilled at identifying and nurturing talent within the team, building a strong, cohesive unit.
- Able to plan and act strategically to meet long-term goals and objectives.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead through influence, motivating others to achieve their best.
