General Job Description:  Ready to Lead Product Innovation around Mortgage Underwriting?  Our client is seeking a dynamic General Manager to drive the strategy, development, and expansion of their underwriting (UW) product and BPO business. If you’re a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling underwriting software and services, we want to hear from you!

Job Requirements: 

• Lead the ideation, development and product strategy for an underwriting valuation platform.
• Build and scale an efficient wraparound UW platform while leading contract underwriting operations.
• Track record of managing product strategy, market launches, and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a viable MVP and position the product for market success.
• Sell the product vision, manage its growth, and ensure alignment with customer and business objectives.
• Commercial experience with P&L management.
• Experience building and scaling underwriting platforms and BPO services.
• Strong GSE vendor management experience.
