About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Holiday Inn Express Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maximizing revenue.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel including operations, sales, and finances
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Maintain high standards of guest relations and customer service
- Implement revenue management strategies to optimize profitability
- Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist international guests
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals
- Supervise various departments within the hotel
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide staff
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or related field
- Proficiency in human resources, revenue management, and night audit procedures
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities
- Previous experience supervising teams
