We are a plumbing company seeking a motivated and organized General Manager (Plumbing) in the Tampa, FL area. This individual will be responsible for sales, operations, profit/loss and must have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead a team in a fast-paced service organization with a proven track record of growing business across multiple trades.
- Interpret, dissect, and analyze data to improve organizational performance.
- Understand how to use the P&L to drive growth and manage costs through influencing the team members behaviors.
- Lead a culture of accountability by setting expectations for all team members.
- Desire to roll-up your sleeves and lead by example.
- Able to monitor and pivot as necessary to control all COGS and expenses.
- Lead staff to achieve high customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
- Set individual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions and coach them to success.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Residential and commercial service experience, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading a fast-paced service organization and a proven track record of growing a business
- Minimum of 7 years leading teams servicing Business to Business markets
- Strong financial acumen: able to create and interpret KPIs, understand a company’s financial statements and how they reflect operating performance, and drive activity based on both sets of information.
- A strong communicator who is also effective at building trust and demonstrating empathy.
- Proven track record in building and managing teams, developing best practices and operational infrastructure to facilitate rapid growth and profitability of the business.
