The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, and KPIs while fostering a high-performance, inclusive work environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and regulations. The Branch Manager also handles escalated customer issues, upholds service standards, and works to maximize branch profitability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained.
- Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws.
- Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of management experience in pest control.
- Must have state-required pest control operator licensing.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license. Driving record must meet the company’s insurance standards.

- This position offers a salary base range of $95,000 - $110,000/year, with additional compensation opportunities.
